We use the services of Canada Post.

Parcels are mailed with the "Expedited Parcel" service (tracking number included) in Canada and with the "Small Parcel Air Mail" service in the U.S. and internationally (tracking number not included);

Small items less than 2 cm thick are mailed by regular letter service (tracking number not included) in Canada and by "small airmail package" in the U.S. and internationally (tracking number not included).

Here are the suggested dates. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas even if you place your order before these dates, as delays beyond our control may occur with carriers. Thank you for your understanding!

INTERNATIONAL: Taxes and/or customs fees may be charged by your country's border services. These charges are beyond our control and responsibility. We cannot know in advance what these charges will be and/or whether you will have to pay them.

If your product has been damaged in transit, or if you notice any breakage or defect, please keep the box, packaging and labels and contact us within 14 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide a photo.

We will replace your product free of charge: you must return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt, and after verification, we will refund your postage costs (via your order) and return another product free of charge (in the case of products that are no longer available, an item of equal or greater value or a refund may be issued at the buyer's discretion).
